Application Fee:$150.00 per family, regardless of number of students. This fee is non-refundable and must be submitted with the Application Form.
Registration Fee: $300.00 per child. Upon acceptance, this fee must be submitted to the school office with your child’s registration form. Your child’s registration is not effective until we receive the registration fee and all the required forms. While $200.00 of this fee is applied to the tuition, should your child be withdrawn prior to the beginning of the school year, this $300.00 fee is non-refundable.
Student Fee: Grades K-8 are billed separately for a student fee of $450. This fee covers books, classroom instructional materials and supplies, classroom technology needs and party expenses. Please note that all students do not receive the same materials, but on average, each grade level carries the same per student cost. Additionally, a $150 Chromebook fee is billed for Middle School students (Grades 6-8). A separate graduation fee is assessed in Grade 8.
Uniform: Not required for Preschool; all other grades have a dress and PE uniform.
Fundraising: Required. Each family must meet a $300.00 fundraising obligation per school year and provide 15 hours of volunteer service.
Referral Credit: Our Ambassador Program provides a tuition credit to the referring family and the new family. Click here for details.
Extended Care: The Extended Care Program operates from 6:30am to 6:00pm. Extended care is available for all children in grades K-8, as well as any preschool child enrolled in one of our full day options. (Separate Fee applies).
After school activities: Math Counts, 7th and 8th Grade Bible Study, CYO Basketball, Cross Country, Soccer, Archdiocesan Band Program, St. Martin’s Food Pantry Outreach, Drama Club, Scouting, and Summer Camps for ages Grades PreK-3 through 2nd grade.
*Limited Tuition Assistance is available through the Archdiocese of Washington. Families with more than one child may also apply for multi-child assistance based upon financial need.
